Our stay at the Alex Lake Zurich Hotel was absolutely wonderful. The hotel's stunning lakeside location offers breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere, making it the perfect getaway. The facilities and rooms are beautifully designed, providing both comfort and elegance. The reception staff were incredibly professional and welcoming, with a special shout-out to Michael, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was truly enjoyable. We especially loved dining at the hotel's restaurant each evening. The entire staff was top-class—warm, attentive, and so much fun! Every meal was a delight, and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Thanks to all the guys, you were each wonderful in your own way. And we will never forget the expert Water Sommelier! Magnificent team. We can't wait to return to the Alex Lake Zurich Hotel. The location was at the right place, close to city centre; and despite the rooms being smaller they had every little facility; like iron box, umbrellas, toiletries, towels, cutlery and almost every thing…which pretty much made up for the space; the family too was very accommodative; looks like every small detail of guests was thought about!

The property was very clean and had everything you needed for a short stay. It was in an excellent location with the tram right outside the door so everywhere was easily accessible. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, I contacted with a few things I needed help with and they were so quick and helpful with their response.
