The fully furnished room including a kitchen was just a perfect place to stay while around. The owner kindly left bread and jam as breakfast, which was very try thoughtful of her. The apartment was cozy, clean and properly equipped for a snowy week of snowboarding in Andermatt. It was a short walk to the train with my gear. Andermatt and Hospental are close enough to plan spur of the moment meals... If you'd rather prepare food, the apartment is right across the street from COOP. The apartment is outfit with enough to cook and enjoy dinner. The host is incredibly accommodating. All communication was quick and helpful.

The hotel is easy to access and is just minutes from Andermatt. Our room was large and comfortable, with thick down duvets and fluffy pillows on the beds. The bathroom was large with a spacious shower and shelving for personal items. The bathroom was maintained daily, with the trash taken out and the towels and bath mat replaced. Breakfast was plentiful with good variety. William is a cheerful and friendly host, with good advice for skiing and the local area.

Exceptional service from all staffs from date of booking till our check out. Booking.com shocked me by cancelling my taxi booking on the eve of my check-out and I had to get the hotel staff to help me with a taxi booking. They were steady, swift and very professional. The hotel rooms are exceptionally comfy, clean and tidy. Thanks for the lovely swiss alps experience with a hotel experience that is so pleasant. The train station and the ski station is very near the hotel. So we are able to catch all the sights easily. Lastly, we went to the victorinox shop and the staff nicole was exceptionally professional and friendly. She gave such great customer service that my teacher who was travelling with us today was very impressed.
