Plus the room was a studio outfitted with every imaginable appliance to allow me to self-cater if desired. Just terrific thoughtfulness went into planning the room. And I was left alone to come & go as I pleased -- no restrictions on movement in this B&B.

The owner was very friendly and helpful with our needs. The shared living room, kitchen and terrace were all available to us as we hosted a few friends and this gave us ample space. The shared bathrooms were clean and the owner continuously checked to make sure we had what we needed.

The hosts were waiting for me to arrive even though I had announced my arrival for after the time when the front desk should be closed. They were very friendly and made sure I had a parking spot waiting for me right by the hotel. I especially liked the marble staircase and the little detours to reach my comfortable bedroom. A big plus is that I could open the window. Will go again.
