The location was great and facilities ideal for our stay. The ease of online check in really helped, and the residence is very well located for a couple days in Charmey. The staff at the Hotel Cailler was very helpful.

Spacious apartment with large balcony. Stunning scenery and easy access to places of interest. Close to shops and restaurants. Adequate parking facilities.
The breakfast was excellent. The proximity to the thermal baths and the thermal baths parking lot was very convenient. The apartment was very clean. Having two bedrooms was excellent with a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids).
We stayed 4 nights: Sept 21 - Sept 24.
New apartment building, modern, clean, spacious rooms, large kitchen island and dining table, large bedroom, large living/sitting area, balcony with view, next door to Coop supermarket, free car park under apartment building, elevator, 1.5 baths, many storage cabinets/closets. We met Tania (via text messages) upon our arrival who showed us the apartment and gave us the keys. Google map link to apartment location next to Coop:

Location was very good, near the baths and several really nice restaurants. Free parking was available at the baths parking lot. The room was clean, good size, with fridge and kettle, free bottled water was provided, which was a nice touch. Don't mind staying there again.
The nice view from the bedroom, the parking lot, the decoration, the terrasse, the trampoline for our child, and that all closed to the village and activities.
Well located if you travel by car, close from the cablecar station by foot and 5min away from the supermarket by car. The apartment is quite bright, well furnished, you get everything you need to cook! The neighbourhood is really calm and peaceful, and there is a private parking which is great. The bed were pretty comfortable and the whole flat was clean. The view is really nice and if you like hiking, the area will be perfect.
Wonderful, cosy, stylish, spacy and very clean apartment. Perfectly located to enjoy Gruyere Baths and Gruyere region. Hosts are great and everything is organized so well - keys, parking, kitchen equipment. We had everything there for a comfortable and relaxing weekend.
