The hotel's location offered both amazing and stunning views, and the iconic building was easily recognizable and accessible. Car parking was convenient, and the staff provided excellent service. Both the food and the spa experience were exceptional. Additionally, we were fortunate to have wonderful weather during our stay.
Basic apartment with magnificent view over the valley and the lake. The drive to the apartment, uphill, was a little challenging but worth it. On a few meters from the apartment one can buy coffee and cake (closes early). Great shower, good bed, lots of space, terrace, free WiFi, good parking. Pet friendly. It was a joy waking up with the sound of cowbells near. Nice rural experience on only 10 to 15 minutes drive from modern urban Lugano.

Beautiful view and wonderful room. Great space and lots of utilities. Comfortable bed. Worth the price all the way! Parking space right in front of the house. Very easy to find. The key handover with the passcode was very easy and fast.
Ely and Luciano are such a wonderful couple; the house was super clean, everything you need is provided; they were welcoming and helpful. The location is top! The views and the pool, breathtaking. Easy access to Lugano and a small supermarket around the corner. Parking is provided and communication was superb.
