Easy to find (coming with the car). The hotel is at walking distance from everywhere and there are shuttles to the cable car (for those on skis).
The hotel entrance, lounge and the bedroom are very cozy and welcoming, and there are many books available on the corridors and stairs for reading! The staff is very welcoming and I never had to wait to get attention, both at check-in and at breakfast.
Breakfast is good, the choice is sufficient (unfortunately there were no croissants at 10:00 ... something I do dearly miss ;-) ). For me it is essential for a breakfast to have enough croissants also for late comers... (often they disappear very quickly from the buffet).

Great welcome, staff helped us with the luggage to the room, found the parking place for our car, and overall fantastic service. The room was very nice and spacey, even with an extra bed for our son.
Excellent dinner in the hotel's restaurant and very nice breakfast.
The hotel is in the Bivio, very close to the nearby ski area and just ~20 minutes drive over Julier Pass to St. Moritz.
