We were unexpectedly delayed and when I phoned the hotel to inform them that we would be arriving late, they said they would leave a key for us to let ourselves in, which they did.

We recently stayed at this hotel as a family and had a pleasant experience overall. The location was ideal – it’s slightly away from the city centre, offering a quieter environment, but still very convenient with a nearby train station for easy access to major attractions. We appreciated having cafes and a supermarket close by as well.
The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient, and the laundry service was excellent, which was a big plus for us. Our room, while on the smaller side, was clean, and tidy.
Breakfast was good, though the selection could have offered a bit more variety. The staff was generally helpful, though we felt some could have been a little friendlier. The Indonesian gentleman on the team was especially friendly and made a positive impression.
Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel for families looking for a peaceful, convenient location and good basic amenities.
