We stayed 4 nights: Sept 25 - Sept 29. Clean. Quiet. Great View. We arrived in our rental car vehicle. Elsbeth welcomed us, explained all apartment amenities. Much attention to detail. Instructions written in several languages: how to operate appliances, binders with local information (tourism and history). Large living and dining room, fully equipped Kitchen, office room & desk. Large closet cabinets. Elsbeth stocks breakfast: milk, coffee, chocolate, Ovomaltine, sugar, different kinds of bread, butter, homemade jam, honey, cheese, meat platter, different kinds of muesli, boiled eggs and fruit yogurt. The host of this place Otto is a very energetic, hospitable and generous person. He tries not just meet your expectations, but exceed them, that’s why we felt like very welcomed guests. Otto picked us up from the train station, drove to supermarket in Visp, and he also offered to drive us to nice cosy restaurant in mountains but we decided not to go and relax in lodge. We had everything - fridge full with food, Lindt chocolates and drinks, 2 big TVs with Netflix, nice terrace, great sound system, comfortable bed and as a present to bring home - bottle of champaign. It was great stay and we hope to return again! Thank you, Otto!

Good Price and easy to find and good for connecting to Zermatt. i was looking for a place jus to stay and easy for me to go zermatt so this place is well recommended. Quiet and peaceful. Just next to the bus stop.

This apartment has everything a family would need for a short or long stay. Two well furnished bedrooms and a kitchen that had everything you need. The host/hostess were absolutely delightful. There was a welcome basket with chocolates (we stayed over Easter) and wine. Incredible views of the mountains. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Thank you to the owner of the hotel, who was so lovely and accomodating for everything. We dined for both dinner and breakfast and both were great and very tasty. The staff were very helpful. The views are incredible. We sat out on the terrace having drinks until the sun started to set. The mountain views are amazing. You are very high up (around 1500m) in a very sweet Swiss mountain town. You have to see it! Its very authentic and we loved that. Everything that you needed in the rooms.
