It was very clean, no complaints generally. However, previous guests left garbage underneath the bed, which was not noticed and not cleaned. Besides this one thing everything else was very clean!

The layout was great. There is a shared patio and a shared living room. Thoughtful touches like self-serve coffee, tea and water/wine glasses with opener. Very artful decorating and the food presentation was fabulous. The owners were super helpful and went out of their way to provide an earlier breakfast than normal because of our schedule. Parking is right in front of the stairs and very convenient. The bed was super comfortable. I would definitely recommend this location and will be back.
Everything was fabulous.. the hotel is relatively new.. breakfast was included and good.. parking was included.. the swimming pool has a slide which is excellent for an indoor pool.. room was super clean and the golf course view was amazing.. room had a functional kitchen with pots and pans for cooking..

This is a very clean modern facility and the suits are very roomy and comfortable.
I have a large super duty dually pickup and the parking spaces are large and well laid out.
Breakfast was good, as we expected. Location was fantastic, very convenient to walk over to Two Eagles Golf Course, the Irish Pub or Tim Horton’s right across the parking lot!
We had a family gathering to attend in West Kelowna, and there were also other family members staying at this Best Western.
The King room was wonderful, had a lovely balcony to sit out on and have my coffee both days. The bed was massive and extremely comfortable. The restaurants just across the parking lot was a huge bonus for me.
