It's a really good experience to stay in this place very well organized very clean and they provide all the facilities really appreciated for a comfortable and safe place they provide us our kids and we all love this place .we feel like we are in our house cozy clean and comfortable .

Big room, parking, well located, breakfast included

Overall a very spacious room. Large private bathroom with both shower & whirlpool tub; walk-in closet and a bar fridge. The owner is prompt with responding to questions. I met a family member who helps out with the care of the place. He was very friendly and he hoped my stay went well. I was greatful for a nice quiet area to stay in, and not too far away from the General Hospital. They do clean every day. Impressed with this. There was a nice selection of toiletries to use, if you forgot to bring your own. There was a spacious common LR/Kitchen area. I didnt get to explore; as I was visiting a loved one at the hospital most of my stay and getting back late. On that note, if you get back to your room late, and the driveway is full; thankfully there is a security service you can contact (a road sign was posted to that effect). It allows you register your vehicle parked on the street; and the City will not ticket &/or tow.

The neighbourhood and house are new and absolutely beautiful! The entire house smells lovely as well, very welcoming. The host is very accommodating, approachable and easy to talk to. I was only there to get a bit of sleep before a race the next morning and it was perfect. The bed was comfy, the house temperature was perfect and I had my own bathroom. Super convenient and great value for the price!

Part 1: I chose this location because it seemed like a good place to stay. I specifically chose the option with the private bathroom and parking since we needed it badly for this weekend. When I booked the room there were two payment options: directly on Booking.com or in person. As soon as I booked the room, the only option available was to pay in person. When we arrived, the owner showed us what was supposed to be our room. There was no private bathroom. I explained to him that I had chosen this option and he told me that there were none in the establishment. To compensate, he changed our place to be in the basement and promised me that there would not be other guests in the basement for the weekend. We quickly looked at the room since we had to go elsewhere and everything seemed fine. When paying, he insisted a lot that we pay cash. We did an etransfer and it was a little more expensive than the price I was supposed to pay, but he told me that it was for the cleaning fees. Back in the room a few hours later, the bathroom had not been cleaned. The toilet bowl was full of pubic hair and urine. The urine had even run all the way down the bowl. There was not much toilet paper left and the hand soap was empty and covered in black hairs like someone had just shaved. There was no one in the place that night and no cleaning had been done. I had to wash it myself, it was disgusting. The shower also had questionable stains inside and no shampoo, soap, or small towel to wash with. In the room there was dust everywhere and dead bugs on the window sill. This is the type of cleaning that is supposed to be done before the guests arrive. To put it into perspective, I figured he would probably come by to clean the next day. The next day I went to my event. Unfortunately it was impossible to contact anyone all weekend because of the interference.

Communication with host was excellent.

Big room, spacious washroom and shower. Front desk staff were good. Bed was conformable and warm. I liked the cafeteria/meal room down in the first floor, breakfast was so good and fresh.

Everything was great. Highly recommend.
