The staff were helpful and polite. Seems like every room has it's own free Wifi router. They have a community kitchen with Lots of cook stations I enjoyed cooking in there, bring your own utensils, free laundromat. I was warned by a coworker that if any valuables are showing inside your vehicle high probability of a break in. The security confirmed this but assured me that 24 hour security cameras made it unlikely.
