We arrived after reception staff had left (about 9pm), but they had sent an email with clear instructions. I did have access to my email (via cellphone).
The island setting is beautiful and very very quiet.

the hotel let me have the room knowing the TV did not work- instead of lettting me make the choice to stay or go- the bottom sheet did not fit on the bed leaving me exposed to the germs of other people sleepning there prior to me. When I reported this they did niot care- told me iwas viseotrons problem and speak to the maid service
it is beutiful hotel but my stay was rotten- When i suggested they should reduce the price their answer was they were all sold out so forget it

The apartment is a semi-basement with a separate front entrance from the main house, little patio in front and a parking spot. It is in a quiet residential area near a river with walking and bike path. There's even a little beach by the river which is a 15 minute walk. The main street is 2 blocks away where you can find groceries, gas, restaurants. The apartment was very comfortable with a separate bedroom, spacious bathroom with a shower and a full kitchen. The refrigerator wasn't working properly so the host called a technician but he could only come 2 days later. It was hot and humid those days and we were afraid our groceries would go bad but our host said they would find a solution and to our amazement they brought us a brand new fridge the same night. The hosts were very nice, the apartment was comfortable and it felt like home. We would definitely stay again.

Comfortable bed and the breakfast setup was pretty good
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Very quiet and comfortable. Lovely courtyard for reading outside. Excellent location- a 5 minute walk to where my daughter was playing in the Nationals for Field Lacrosse. Easy access to the rooms from the parking lot. Good size fridge and room was very large. Excellent stay and very affordable for those on a budget.
The motel is located just off a highway junction on the road to Montreal (~25 min from downtown). Plenty of parking is available and the room can be both accessed from the parking or from within the hotel. The room was very spacious and quiet even though it's very close to the highway.
