What great place to stay. Everything seemed clean and new. Loved the AC/heat pump. The Maples was an easy place to be happy, with everything needed to cook meals, relax and have some comforts of home while right by the beach. It was the perfect home base by the lake, at the doorway to the Bruce peninsula.

Travelodge is located at the main thoroughfare, Rd 21, with convenient shopping and other services nearby. The room was remarkably quiet, with parking at the door. I saw that the restaurant in the motel (that I did not use) was busy. There are a number of restaurants and eateries within walking distance.
Good value for the price. Like a small apartment. Two actual bedrooms with real beds plus the living area. So much better than other suite arrangements where one of us has to sleep on a sofa bed. Balcony overlooks the parking lot but we still used it - taking chairs outside from dining table. Huge kitchen which we did not stay long enough to use so can’t speak as to how well equipped. But has full size stove and fridge.
Breakfast was good with healthy options. Coffee tasty and plentiful. Public health recommendations were respected.
All Staff were very friendly and helpful.
We were asked to confirm vaccination status at registration as we expected and that made us feel comfortable.
