He has made the rental area into a full size apartment, living room has 2 couches, full kitchen with fridge, stove, keurig coffee machine, microwave, full size bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Plus the walk-out patio with views of the bay. 2 chickens in the coop lay eggs which Gary gave us some for breakfast. Comfy beds. Very quiet and relaxing area.
