As two friends travelling together we appreciated the spacious room (Duchess), comfortable single beds and air conditioner. The shared bathrooms were well equipped and immaculately clean. Parking was free and easy. The walk down to the ferry to Quebec took about 10 minutes but people should be aware that it is VERY steep in parts. Inès at reception was very welcoming. The shared kitchen has everything you need with free tea and coffee. The self serve buffet breakfast at $10 per person was delicious and very generous and we enjoyed ours sitting out in the garden.

Recently renovated stem-to-stern and attractively finished in a modern style. Absolutely spotless. The front desk staff were extraordinary: friendly, fluidly bilingual and willing to do anything to help. I left my glasses behind at the Scores restaurant across the parking lot and, when the Score staff were unhelpful, the Quality Inn group collected my glasses for me and helped ship them back. Really a great exchange around this. Much above average breakfast buffet—and espresso, juice, and water dispensers running 24/7. Terrific overall.
The man at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and nice. He showed us how everything worked and even took us to our room to make sure it was what we were looking for. He also gave us restaurant recommendations.

It was easy to find, and the staff was very accommodating! Parking wasn’t a big issue -until it filled up after we left for a bit-, but the train station’s parking lot is really close. It also has a good balance of personal/shared space; it’s definitely a comfortable place.
Nice and clean hotel. Stuff was friendly. Room was clean, quiet with comfortable beds, fridge, safe, TV, coffee maker. Also, they provided brekfast and unlimited coffee and tea. This hotel has a good location and free parking. I recommended.
Clean dorm room. Good bedding. Came by car so there was parking nearby. There were restaurants within walking distance but I opted for a pizza and beer in the hostel itself.

The service was excellent. I accidentally drove away without my electric cooler (left it on the passenger side of the truck when I left the parking lot). 20 minutes down the road, I realized and called the hotel. The lady was so kind and sent someone to the parking lot to check for my cooler. It was still there! They brought it in and kept it behind the front desk and called me back to let me know. Great customer service! 👌
Very clean, sweet little hostel. Staff was friendly and helpful, facilities were comfortable and spacious. As a woman traveling alone I felt safe and welcome. I didn't stay long enough to take advantage of the cooking facilities, but they seemed well appointed and organized, including spaces for storing your food. Towels and bedding were provided. Some parking on site, with additional free parking available at the train station and church, both next door to the hostel.
We were assigned a room facing a busy street and major highway about 200 meters further from the hotel. Having had a long day, we wanted a 'quiet' room so I asked the staff at the front desk if there was a possibility for a switch to a room not facing the traffic. The staff member was most accommodating and gave us another room facing a quiet parking lot. Room was an upgrade but we were not charged extra, had great night's rest!!!

This hotel was conveniently located off of highway 20 just before you take the bridge into Quebec City. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The hotel had an indoor pool with a hot tub and sauna. Lots of free parking and free wifi. The free breakfast was very good with some hot selections, along with yogurt, fresh fruit, waffles, juice, cereal, etc. It is only about 15 min drive from the hotel to downtown Quebec City. I would highly recommend this hotel.
