The location was great, same with on grounds facilities and front desk staff. Although I'd stay here again, it would solely be due to it fitting the basic necessities and being close to where we were visiting. It's not a comfortable stay within my actual hotel room, and I tried not to be in there unless I was sleeping.

what an awesome find. This was all I expected and more. it was very homy. It is in a perfect location to walk to restaurants and easy access to ferry and Point Pelee National Park. Highly recommend this property and would definitely book it again

Location good. Some confusiton with Wigles Hotel which has the same address on Talbot Street East. Difficult to figurre out late at night. Also teh Sunparlour senior's residence. Parking lot could use re-paving. Air conditioner in Room 24 room was noisy bu5tr room itself and bathroom wer fine.
Friendly staff, pet friendly, quiet private location for room and car parking, clean room/bathroom, hot/cold water, push button toilet flushing, refrigerator, slippers to wear around the room, area to hang clothing, overall worth the price compared to other rooms I tried staying in for the weekend with my boyfriend and 2 small dogs.

The rooms were spacious and neat. The breakfast was also good, hot continental breakfast was served. The bar was a plus and we spent some time there in the evening. Ample parking space.
Very clean, and looked like there have been some recent upgrades. Outside access by the parking lot was handy. The lady at the front desk was very nice and friendly, and went out of her way to get ice for our friends in the next room.
The room was recently renovated, and very clean and bright when we arrived. The bed was comfortable, the other guests were quiet overnight, and the parking lot well lit. The staff were friendly, and there were several eateries and other businesses within walking distance.
We've stayed at Sunparlour before, also in mid-May while birding at Point Pelee. The owners are always friendly and helpful. A bonus is the chance conversations in the parking lot with other birders.
