This is a little gem at the perfect location, very nice owner (we got an upgraded room with full kitchen), the unit has everything you need. And it was quite even though it's located right at the highway. So many things to do in Christina lake!

Already gave a review for this motel and my opinion hasn't changed. Clean and comfy, what more can you expect and ask for.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Well hadn't stayed there for a number of years as it was very run down however it has now changed hands and the new owners have remodeled and it is now a very clean well run operation I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again prices are fantastic plenty of parking and easy in easy out to the motel
Very quick check-in. Clean throughout. Good bath. Bowls, plates, cutlery and washing up towels provided. Large fridge/freezer. Good location for Grand Forks. Good car parking and good WiFi.
The room was clean and well equipped with fridge, microwave and television. The staff were very friendly and accommodating as was a very friendly cat that lives there! The hotel is well located in the center of town with amenities nearby and plenty of parking.
Centrally located. We left the car in the motel parking lot and were able to walk to restaurants, tourist info, art gallery. Very comfortable bed (king). Friendly proprietor. Set back from the highway so very little traffic noise.

Great location , a very simple motel which is what we expected but had everything we needed with friendly staff on arrival and checkout. No breakfast but within walking distance of lots of food outlets. Free parking outside your room was a bonus too.
We'd definitely stay again but would remember to put the do not disturb sign on the door before going to bed as we had a lady trying to get in to clean our room as 8am while we were still in bed!
