So, as my family doesn't like camping, but loved Sand Banks, we decided to buy a day pass to Sand Banks, and stay at some "normal" property. This place is located 10-15 minutes from the Outlet beach, so as to location, it is 10/10. Resort offers 3 types of accommodation and we were placed in the "Inn". There are also cottages and Lodges. Can't tell much about the cottages, but Lodges, to my understanding, are considered a better option than Inn. But I understood that too late.
Newsroom Suites is situated in the centre of wine country in Prince Edward County. This boutique hotel is within cycling distance from wineries, cideries, artisan breweries and galleries.

Location was great. Beds were comfortable, room clean. Bathroom spacious.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Very central location: at 10-20 min from everything we wanted to visit (sandbanks, Bloomfield, Picton, Waupoos, Wellington, wine trail, County store, etc). There is a good convenience store 5 min walking down the road.
Well equipped kitchen (refrigerator, cutlery, dishes, stove, pots & pans, utensils), washing machine & dryer. Comfortable beds and 2 good bathrooms in a spacious house. 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds. Large parking space.
Host is quite nice and responds readily to messages.
