The staff, the room, the common areas were all excellent. I really liked that although it was a high quality accommodation the food and drinks were of a reasonable price point.

One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Beautiful property with excellent views of the marina and mountains. The hotel design was very appealing and the pool area was great, also with nice views. I liked the pub and breakfast. I had the best eggs Benedict I have ever had. The rooms were super cozy with fireplace and a nice balcony. I liked having a fridge. The staff was super nice and helpful. Free parking was nice. Having a Spa is very special
Great view of the bay. So comfortable and peaceful. Nicely appointed. We had a hot tub suite and were provided robes for all guests. Great restaurants... Both in service and food quality. Staff was friendly and helpful. The cider at check-in was a nice touch. Close to Butchart Gardens and not a far drive from Victoria. Plenty of parking and close to our room.
Lovely comfy huge king bed to sleep on. Little kitchenette - everything you need even a packet of biscuits and muesli added extra which was so appreciated. Heaps of parking - out in the country which was lovely and quiet.
It’s a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location above a wharf and a bay. We had a king suite with a hot tub. Everything worked well including the air conditioning. They refreshed whatever was needed daily. And the best part was they gifted us a bottle of champagne and chocolates for our anniversary. That was so thoughtful. The staff was very friendly. And the parking is free.
