Everything was absolutely perfect. The apartment is tasteful decorated with the hostess's artworks and the kitchen fully equipped. The view onto the bay of Bic is spectacular and we had the good fortune to see the migrating Arctic geese taking off and landing.

Vast, open spaces, can go for long walks along the Fleuve Saint-Laurent shore. Felt safe as a solo female traveller. Private external entrance and private bathroom. Gabrielle, the cleaning lady does a wonderful job cleaning the rooms. Upon my arrival the room and shared showers ( 2 for 7 cabins) were spotless. She is very personable and gave me some great tips for hikes around the property and about some of the history of the place :) Great location to watch the famous Bas Saint-Laurent sunsets. It is within a short drive (approx. 15 mins) of Rimouski heading north or Le Bic National Park (a stunning park) heading south on hwy 132.

The room was a great surprise - we had motel expectations and this was WAY nicer. It was fresh, new kitchen area with all cutlery appliances - keurig coffee maker, fridge. There was a sitting room with a patio, picnic table, and big open field. The bathroom was clean, fresh - perfect shower and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was a very tasty warm croissant, coffee and orange juice with a yogurt and cookies. A gem without a doubt... The host was very accommodating when our ferry was late and we arrived past 930.
