I booked this lodge for my mum and she loved this place a lot and didn't stop talking about how great the family was..
The host was very accomodating and genuinely committed to her satisfaction as a guest. Not only did the haven look exactly like the pictures shown, it was also cozy and comfortable, TJ and his family did everything to ensure my mum's stay at the lodge was very comfortable - from arranging the taxi from the airport for her, to treating her to a next time out, they were very kind and answered any questions she asked about the place.
She thoroughly enjoyed her stay.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Rahul was very welcoming and though he was new he answered all our questions the best way he could. Room was a good size, so was the bathroom everything was clean. Wifi was great and check-in was a breeze. Was super grateful for free parking, microwave and mini fridge!! Didn't use the pool but I'm sure it was good too, there's also a water slide.
The location is great. Close to the airport, airport parking, Costco and Crossiron Mills Mall. Any last minute things you need before a trip are all just minutes away. Clean room. Very good breakfast available in the morning. Front desk night staff are amazing and really go above and beyond to help out!
