Close safe parking, easy access to basement apartment, no musty smell at all, AC works great, fully stocked kitchen, lots of towels, good pressure and very hot water in shower, comfy bed.

we had chosen this hotel because it was a bit outside of Toronto and therefore not so expensive; to downtown (CN Tower) about 30 minutes by car; directly on the highway, but still quietly located; large, free parking space in front of the hotel; stores and restaurants not far away; we recommend the Italian restaurant Il Fornello on Kingston Road; we enjoyed the breakfast with porcelain dishes! (not least because it is good for the environment)
