Extremely friendly staff who learnt our names and couldn't have done more for us. The showers were HOT which was a delight after a tour. Room was comfortable and towels provided. Good breakfast included - fresh scrambled eggs. It's not luxurious but it's the perfect place to stay before or after tours.

After staying in other 4- and 3-star hotels in Bolivia, Hotel Cristales De Sal was a pleasant surprise.
1. No communication problems, as the receptionist lady spoke very good English. At the breakfast she came promptly to help the communication with the kitchen staff.
2. In contrast to the info at the Booking.com website (only cash payment), it was possible to pay with credit card (MasterCard).
3. The room was large, pleasantly designed. The bed was large, comfortable, memory foam pillows. It contained an electric heater, the lady switched it on upon introducing us into the room.
4. Modern bathroom.
5. The breakfast was very good: fresh bread, hot meal (eggs). Though the choice was limited (probably because of the small number of guests), for us it was enough.

It was basic but very clean, the people were very helpful. They found me a secured parking for free just a block away. Breakfast was basic, breads, eggs, fruits but good, eggs made fresh.
Great hostal. Room's are comfy. Breakfast was yum that included home made cakes. 5 minutes walk to the center. Very secure parking for my motorbike. On my way back through Uyuni I stayed here again. Milthon and Dojna are fantastic hosts.
Owners are amazing people. Always helpful, keep everything neat and clean. I'm very happy I met these people, they helped me quite a lot.
From the road it looks like the building is still in construction, however it is cool inside. I think this hotel has great price / quality ratio. They also have big parking, hot water 24 hours a day and beautiful pets.
