Very spacious room, with kitchenette. Very comfortable, spacious, soft beds. We picked this hotel because of its indoor and outdoor pools, and they did not disappoint. The pools were terrific - large, clean, with pleasant warm water. The continental breakfast was great as well. It's a great place for a family with kids. The AC worked greatly throughout the hotel, room, hallways. I also appreciate the commitment to environmental sustainability - the hotel makes its own electricity from a large set of panels placed above the lounge chairs in the pool. Brilliant!

Perfect location, very calm despite being in the ideal center, close to the ruins. Every house contains two rooms and there is a lovely terrace for each, which was perfect for morning coffee in the sun. The pool was small so it's more for chilling and enjoying the mineral water rather than swimming. There is parking right next to the hotel entrance.

This Is a tastefully designed family oriented spa complex. We had a deluxe room and it was a great size. All the massages were good even if twice the normal cost elsewhere in Bulgaria. The food in the restaurant was fantastic, the breakfast buffet was great, and the one is super. We use this place as our base to visit some of the Thracian teams nearby. Parking convenient. Overall, the sleep was good: good bed and quiet air conditioning, plus screens in the windows.
Excellent complex with amazing Spa facilities. The indoor pools with warm mineral water were really clean. Happy with the massages. Spacious rooms, perfect location for a nice getaway. The buffet breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious. The winery and wine tasting were a great experience. Free parking on site. Would definitely recommend!
