The hotel is new and very well situated on one highway. This is a niche segment of market, for those being in transit on the road, so in average they spend one night only. From this point of view, it is really excellent choice. The staff I met, the owner as I understood, was extremely polite, friendly and helpful, very nice person.

The communication with the host was super easy. The apartment's location is perfect, there were places to eat, shops, etc. nearby. The apartment was overall cozy. There was heating in each room, including the bathroom, which is really thoughtful.

Central location but easy to reach by car. Parking in an adjacent car park was free for guests of the hotel. Extra blankets and a portable radiator were provided to combat the cold temperatures (-10 Celsius outside). Nice pizza restaurant 5 minutes walk away by the river.
