The house is just fabulous. So perfectly clean and well maintained. Beautiful garden, and neighbours are also very cute and nice. We felt very safe the whole time.Location is wonderful, just minutes away from Phohodna cave.

Friendly reception, comfortable beds, clean and quiet. A short drive, 5 mins, from the amazing Geopark Iskar-Panega for walking and boat trips. We spent the afternoon there.

- Very clean house. No insects anywhere. Dishware was spotless.
- Good location near the town centre. Overlooking the river and with a supermarket opposite.
- Comfortable beds and pretty good quality beddings.
- Pretty good light blocking with blinds plus partial curtains.
- Hosts in touch through Whatsapp messages, communication was quite good.
- Washing and drying machines are high quality (Miele brand dryer).
- Very good value for money (I increased my score from 9/10 to 10/10 based on good cost).

If you like quirky and unique then this place is for you. We had a blast checking out all the fascinating artwork and creative spaces. The beauty of this guest house is found in its faults, I don't think we would have appreciated it as much if it was in pristine condition. We absolutely loved the pool with its beautiful view. Do not expect a 5star experience.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
The room for 2 adults with 2 kids was clean with decent size (about 25sq.m). The pool was 32 degrees excellent for children. Sauna and Steam room were available. Restaurant was big and not overcrowded. Staff was very nice and polite. Free parking was available at site. Very good breakfast.
Rooms design are out of this world. Did not expect to see such hotel in the middle of the country in small city.

Breakfast was great in very nice location. Art all around and very nicely decorated. Good restaurant at front door. Spa included with good choice of wellness services/ Opening windows and good pillows and room temperature, fridge and TV not used and bath which came with upmarket toiletries and fluffy towels. Pool was nice as was sauna. Free parking outside hotel. Price was excellent for basic room we had - many other themed rooms were intriguing but cost more - next time maybe.
The hotel is located near a big square and has an adequate parking area in the front.
The room was clean & fitted with all needed appliances. The staff was friendly and very helpful, providing plenty of details in regards to the facilities and the city.

Basic hotel, very polite staff. Good location to explore Projodna cave, Saeva dupka cave, Zlatna Panega eco path. Restaurant is good, but when is full at the maximum, it takes long time to deliver your food. All the staff is polite, although overloaded. Parking is in front of the hotel, free of charge. Lukovit does not offer a lot of caffees to drink a coffee or have a lunch. But the nature itself pays your stay back. Boat trip is good along the river.
it is a nice hotel.. clean room, spotless bathroom. location is not great but it wasnt a problem (we had free parking and we were here only for the night). the stuff was very helpfull
Basic hotel in spooky town. This village at night is very dark with lots of scary streets and people loitering around. It's an excellent place to sleep if you want to be close to the caves nearby.
The hotel is basic, everything you need is there, nothing special.
For the price I would've liked breakfast included option.
Parking is free on site.
The wifi worked for only one of my devices.
