The hotel manager who checked us in was extremely helpful and professional! After almost calling Booking.Com to complaint that the hotel we booked was closed and nobody could be reached on the phone after 2 hours waiting,
we found someone that guided us to the main lobby and we were really welcomed and positively impressed by the staff!

Very quiet and family friendly place with small but comfortable yard. The hosts are pleasant, unobtrusive and helpful. Perfect location and one of few guest houses in Leshten with dedicated parking slots.
Amazing view. Good interior design. Jacuzzi in the room. Plenty of parking space. Friendly staff. Breakfast and dinner could be included in the price and you get 3 choices of traditional Bulgarian meals. They allow pets on the property. The property has many terraces, indoors and outdoors dining areas and children's playground.
Superb location with views toward the Pirin mountains. Cozy restaurant with local specialities - the homemade rakia and red wine are good. Friendly hosts. There are a few parking spaces outside the hotel which can be reached down an unmade lane just past the church - no problem for a 4x4 but prior inspection is advised. Would definitely stay there again - it's exactly what I want from a Bulgarian hotel.

Very difficult to find. The kitchen/living room area had a very strong and very unpleasant odor. There were rats or mice, not sure which one but we found droppings and you could hear them. The water pressure was horrible, you can't really take a proper shower. Don't fall for the parking, there is absolutely no way to park in front, you can find a place somewhere else though. The roomsa also close with a flimsy lock that I don't really trust.
