Nice, clean and stylish olds house renovated to meet the modern needs of travellers. Very friendly hosts that made our stay stress free, even cooked for us on request (as I am on a special diet). The food was tasty and homemade. The garden is beautiful with an astonishing view towards the rocks above Iskar river. Will be happy to come back.

This was a wonderful find in the town of Lakatnik, really friendly owners, 2 terrific pet dogs Lucky and Bruno that my son really took to. The food in restaurant was all excellent. An easy walk to the nearest restaurants and some of the nearby activities and sites to see. View from the veranda was superb and perfect for chilling with a beer. Walking from train station with piles of bags was a major trial but owner said he would have picked us up!

The guesthouse was very comfortable and in a lovely area of Bulgaria, with amazing views, lots of scenic areas and if you have children there is so much for them to do in the parks of Varshets. The kitchen and dining room were very clean and well equipped. Viktor and his wife were perfect hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Our water heater broke down and we were immediately moved to another room, with a balcony.

Very hospitable and generous hosts. Love from the 1st minute. Clean and well-kept house with its own history. Large yard with parking inside. Quiet. Convenient location, easy to find. Fast internet. Overall a nice place. There are nice cafes 5 minutes away (which surprised us) where you can have a delicious breakfast. The town itself is very nice with roads much better than in Sofia and even with its own pedestrian zone.
