The water is the pool was perfect,the breakfast, lunch and dinner were great-delicious, good value for money. To save the disappointment of the city that is sinking in ruins you can stay in the hotel where everything is provided-pool,food,sauna,massage. Very friendly owners.If we go back in Velingrad definitely we will book again here.

Everything was perfect! Rosa gave me coffee, cake and juice upon arrival. The room was super clean, quiet and spacious. It was a few minutes walk to the city center. I would stay again if ever in Velingrad.

Very good location next to the main street of the town and close to the shops and restaurants, big apartment with 2 rooms, comfortable bed, nice balcony, clean and well maintained place, the owners waited us in front of the house to accommodate us, the pool was really nice and there was a place to park the car.
