Very beautiful and comfortable house that offers everything you need to spend a nice vacation with family or friends.
The view from the house/garden is amazing.
Nice and spacious house, with bathrooms in every room. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need.
We had a great time at the pool! There is a very big and beautiful garden with a small area with a trampoline and a swing for the kids.
The hosts have thought of everything the guests might need. They were super attentive at the reception and during our stay.

Well furnished and equipped with sockets at each side of the bed. And all in all the MOTEL, looked nice and should have everything to be a success if not for the staff even though some of them probably are not bad people but badly trained.
The parking lot seemed safe enough for our car. It's possible that there was a man guarding it also but i'm not 100% sure.

[EDIT] After reading host's response to my review (I had rated them 8/10 prior to this edit) I decided to downgrade my review to 1/10.
It's a newly built villa with several rooms per floor. Building is in very good condition. Rooms are spacious, nicely furnished, have AC and balconies with a lake view.
Villa has a very spacious common kitchen which included cutlery, several fridges, two stoves, oven and a kitchen island. It has a beautiful outdoor area with plenty of tables for eating.
There's an outdoor pool filled with a clean water, sun beds next to the pool. Outdoor barbecue was available (we only had to bring our coal).
Located in Asparukhovo in the Varna Province region, Complex Ovchaga features a garden. This property offers access to a balcony and free private parking.

The location is good. The view can take your breath away. This place is very quiet- you can hear all around you little birds singing. It’s very nice place to rest.

The property is definitely off the beaten track with lovely views and a real feel of being in the middle of nowhere. It was so relaxing being here, very quiet but then we were the only visitors. The yurt was lovely although closing the window blinds wasn’t easy so we left them shut once we dropped them on day one. There are a number of bbq’s available and wood to chop if you cook that way, if you don’t then pack your own charcoal. You definitely need to bring all that you need for your stay as the nearest shop in Avren seems very far away. Even though we didn’t use it, there was a 4m diameter Intex pool. Wifi was available. Nice kitchen and eating area with a fridge and also a fridge in the room. The bed was large and really comfy.
