The host is incredibly helpful and kind. The house is an exquisite example of Austrian Jugendstil architecture, surpassing all expectations. It comfortably accommodated my family and friends for a week, and despite the unfavorable weather, our stay was a success. Highlights include the exceptional breakfast, immaculate rooms and garden, and the owner's warm hospitality. The breakfast offers a wide selection of meals, seasonal fruits (including strawberries during our stay), refreshing citrus-infused water, and coffee. As someone from the region in Bulgaria, this house has become my preferred choice for future visits.

The breakfast was very delicious, freshly made, served tastefully, and I always had a cup of hot herbal tea which was great in a cold snowy morning. Miss Marina was always giving me couple of options to choose from for my breakfast and she was very flexible to substitute ingredients in case you are allergic to something. The portion size is more than enough to keep you full until lunch. The location is very convenient, close to shops and restaurants, 15 to 20 minutes walking distance to the most important spots in town, 3 min walking distance to the beautifully maintained park and the nearest grocery store. The taxi cubs are very cheap, so I preferred to use their services instead of renting a car. The view of the snowy mountains and the town is amazing! I traveled alone but I felt safe and welcomed, people are nice, friendly and always ready to help. I had a great time, and I will never forget Miss Marina's hospitality. I will gladly stay there again and again if I have to visit the town again.

Unfortunately, due to my personal reasons we could not visit the hotel. We had a chat with the owners and they did not charge us for the booking. Nice, polite people, they understood our change of plan. We hope we will visit the hotel in a near future.
