We had been touring on our scooter across Europe and planned to make Brugge our last stop.
We had to make sure that we had secure parking for the scooter as we were carrying quite a bit of luggage as we had also camped in the early days of our tour.
We were happy to park on the private drive and very happy to have a dip in the lovely private pool! :)
Our rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable.We also had an ensuite bathroom
Mecky spoilt us with a delicious breakfast consisting of fresh fruit,juices,coffee or tea and bread and pastries.She was happy to provide a cooked breakfast too.
Mecky and her husband are great hosts and very welcoming.
Our stay at Woodside was excellent and I would highly recommend it .

The garden was lovely, we had safe undercover storage for our bikes and free on site parking. Jean Pierre and Marie were excellent hosts and the dog was super friendly. A small fridge with a selection of drinks all reasonably priced in our room was replenished daily. The breakfast was amazing with so much choice and we were given homemade cakes to take on our rides. All the preserves at breakfast were homemade and we also had jam and cookies as a gift in our room. There were plenty of toiletries in the bathroom together with fresh towels everyday and bath robes.

The room was really nice, modern, clean and cozy. So is the lobby. With fireplace. The owners are wonderful people. On top of that, we had cold days with snow. Wonderfully warm inside.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
The hosts were excellent and very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. Parking was easy and safe. Breakfast plentiful and delicious. Would definitely recommend.
Greeting/check in was easy and friendly, The swimming pool was really really nice. Breakfast was great with any extras needed during the stay were in the fridge PAYG.
The whole experience of the stay was pleasant and in a nice non commercial area. Parking was without problems. Good walking and cycling area.
