I have never seen a prettier bathroom! Aside from that, the whole room is just beautiful and very nicely maintained. Our host was super flexible with in/ out checking, very friendly and attentive. The bed was extremely comfortable. The location is also good, in a quiet neighborhood with bus stops near by, also you can walk to places easily.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Lovely place, beautifully done up, extremely comfortable bed and bedding, in a very convenient location if you are passing through Belgium to overnight and you don’t want to head into the thick of Antwerpen. We were travelling with our dog, so being able to walk him nearby was important as well as getting a good night‘s rest and safely parking a car full of stuff from our road trip. Greet made us feel extremely welcome and made us a delicious breakfast. All in all a very pleasant experience.
A green bubble just outside bustling Antwerp. A golf and polo club and a hotel in a Victorian house near a 14th century castle. The castle is worth an evening walk. The food was truly excellent, the smoked sea bass alone was something to return for. The outdoor seating area overlooks the forest and the golf course, which view one needs to take in with a nice glass of Belgian beer or dry wine. Staff was friendly, classy and knowledgeable. Breakfast was good too, Free parking on site.
