We loved the two nights we spent at this adorable B&B! The gracious hosts are there when you need them but they don't impose. The communal spaces are a delight, as are the cosy art-filled rooms. We made use of the meals in the shop which is filled with local products, and prepared the delicious food in the kitchen. You just help yourself to anything you might want and write it down on a notepad. Breakfast is lovingly presented and very tasty. The whole atmosphere is so relaxed, a great place to rest up after long country walks.

"My house is your house, act like being home" summarises our stay. Warm hospitality, no effort is asked too much, free use of kitchen (even what is inside the fridge) and all common spaces. Simple but extensive breakfast, served by the castle owner himself with an eye of attention to use local products. Value for money, even beyond.

We were traveling with bicycles and were looking for a camping place however in that area found nothing good then we found this place ok Booking and we could not be happier that we did!
The moment we arrived we received a very warm welcome from the owner. Our room was wonderful and our problem with dinner was also solved when the owner prepared the restaurant for us even though there were in total of 3 guests. Very grateful for the service we have received and the breakfast was also wonderfully prepared!
All in all can definitely recommend!

Both Guido and his wife are friendly hosts, making you feel nothing is too much trouble. The auberge has outdoor seating both front and back of the property, offering sun or shade for a quiet drink of beer.
Guido is a marvellous chef, I would be the size of a house if I had stayed longer.
I was on a motorbike and was offered the use of their garage for overnight parking.
