The location was perfect. Beautiful well kept gardens and Mullins Beach just across the road. Delia and Bird are the most delightful hosts, so warm, welcoming and kind. Enjoyed some great conversations. Accommodation has everything you could need, cleaned twice a week.
It is lovely to just sit outside on the terrace in the morning and read a book or watch the wildlife. A chicken laid 4 eggs underneath the terrace wall and stayed sitting on them until we left! We would return in a heartbeat ☺️

The size of the apartments are generous and clean and the beds very comfortable.
As we were travelling at the end of the summer season we almost had the place to ourselves which was great!
The pool area was comfortable and next to the beach with lovely views. The staff at the restaurant were lovely and helpful.

staff on the whole very polite, friendly and helpful and went out their way. The water sports included in the booking was great but overall this should not be classed as a 5 star hotel. it does not have the facilities or options 5 star hotels have. it’s very misleading to class this hotel as 5 star.

It is worth having an all inclusive tariff as the drinks and meals are very good indeed starting from the welcoming rum punch. There is very much a club atmosphere and many people come back again and again.Facilities are good.
