This was easily the most luxurious accommodation on our 10 day trip from Germany to Romania via the Adriatic and Bosnia. We had a whole house and a large back yard with swimming pool for our group of eight, where you could linger and relax. The house comes with everything for a long or short stay. Mostar is a fascinating city about 15 minutes away. The host is clearly highly educated and could tell us a lot about the local history, including the impact of the Yugoslav wars 20 years ago. By the standards of most EU countries, especially neighbouring Croatia, Bosnia is still one of the best deals around for the tourist.

Perfect staff! Absolutely amazing reception on the check in, exceeding our expectations.
Perfect location, you can go to a lot restaurants and to all the tourist attraction on foot.

Again: perfect staff!! All the employees were amazing, from the check in to the check out, helping us in each detail (exchange euros to BAM to pay the parking, tips for tourist attractions, etc). I could really go on and on about the staff here, but you really have to go there to see it by your self, you are not going to regret it!

Wonderful place! The closest you can imagine to the historical side of the town, just 20 meters/yards from the first cobblestones of Mostar. Wonderful!
This is a charming hotel with comfortable rooms, very clean, well-kept, nicely furnished and with fine beds and a spacious and modern bathroom (even if a door on the shower could help to avoid floodin' the floor). Our room had a superb balcony on a 2nd floor that had a gorgious view on the old town and its minarets.
We have been greeted by extremely friendly staff at the reception and their kindness (there were only women working there... a pure spot of beauty indeed), friendliness and helpfulness lasted for all our sejour. And this has been the most exciting, thrilling attribute of Almira Hotel.
Breakfast has been excellent with a wide selection of food, including delicious local pastries, cheeses, eggs with halal sausages and fruit. The private parking behind the hotel - a must to have in Mostar - was ample and fenced.
Excellent choice, highly recommend! We enjoyed this place and we thank all the wonderful staff :-)
