- Joy was so hospitable and kind and extremely thoughtful
- Breakfast items were well provided and the tiny little touches around the cottage were very well thought through
- The bed + bedding were so clean and plush and comfy
- The heating was excellent
- The animal experience + tour was so so much fun pmfor us and the kids. There were so many animals to feed and pet and we learned so much - peacocks, chickens, goats, Alpacas, emus, cats, guinea fowls, turkeys.
- We got to pet an emu without needing a barrier between us!

What a lovely Granny Flat. It was so very comfortable, very clean, equipped with everything you need. A really comfortable bed which was great after a long drive. A lovely breakfast is supplied. There is a courtyard where my little doggie enjoyed wandering and sniffing. The courtyard is secure for doggies too. It is in a great location and very quiet. We will definitely stay again. We were travelling through as a stopover on a road trip. The room was huge and way bigger than the photos depicted. So many beds to choose from and streaming sites on both TV's. The shower was perfect.

Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Check in easy. We had an upstairs room. Bed comfortable. Shower fine. Room nice and dark. Good sized tv. Very comfortable. This hotel is close to all shops, pubs, parks etc. in Yass. We would happily stay here again.

We were only passing through on a big journey from Brisbane to Melbourne and wish we had more time to stay and explore! It helped take away some stress of trying to find somewhere to stay with a crazy little puppy as they were extremely welcoming of him.

Easy to find. Love at door free parking. Electric blankets and air con in for our arrival at a chilly time of year. Well equipped with cutlery and crockery for breakfast. Great value.
Very clean, ample extra pillows and blankets available. Great heating/cooling and car parking right at the room. Nice warm shower with good water pressure.
The family room we stayed in was Extra Large. So good for traveling with teenage children. Spacious, clean, beds were comfortable, king bed and two singles. The pool area was lovely. The motel is conveniently located at the end of the main street, therefore, you can walk to and from restaurants and cafes. Free parking right outside the room door. Check-in was easy with a convenient safety box for late arrivals.
Booked a few hours before check in for after hours check in, called the inn to make sure they were able to accommodate and the staff were more than helpful.
Lots of parking in car park and street parking suitable for trucks which is a great bonus! Will definitely stay again when back Yass way
This street-front unit is located at the end of the main street with adjacent car parking. Despite the location this BB was quiet. The unit is larger than we thought - similar to an apartment. The restoration of this multipurpose shop has been achieved to a high standard with beautiful timber work. Full kitchen facilities that we did not need. Very good selection of breakfast cereals with milk provided (we avoided the sugary oat packs - raw rolled oats is our reference!). Fresh bread in fridge for toast with jam and Vegemite available.
