We were one of the first rentals at this new location so we were initially a little hesitant to book because of the lack of reviews on booking.com. We found this property to be a well appointed 2 bedroom condo unit in a new building which is not far from the airport (MEL). Brian (the owner) was there to meet us when we arrived for a one week stay. It was a little more expensive than hotels/motels in the area, but for the price difference you get a place to stay which has all the comforts of home.
