The location is excellent, close to Langenfeld and Aqua dome (10-15 min walk). With summer card (guest card) the buses and cable cars are free in the entire Otztal valley, discount to Aqua Dome. Tourist information provides maps for hiking and biking. Many restaurants, 2 grocery stores. Excellent breakfast in a really authentic ambience. Must have :)
N.B. The small double room is very clean, but doesn't have a balcony, nor terrace, nor fridge.

Beautiful studios, a comfortable spa area, nice roof terrace with lounge chairs and an exceptionally good restaurant all in the same building. The place is always spotlessly clean and tidy, always smells pleasant, the service is impeccable, the staff are always friendly. Even received a present on my birthday. We love it here every time.

Perfectly equipped clean room with everything you need. Very comfortable mattresses. Accommodation is located in a quiet neighborhood near the mountains. 5 minutes by car from AQUA DOME, which we were heading to the next day. The hosts were very nice and helpful. We had studio with awesome view to the mountains. The kitchen had everything you might need for cooking. The apartment was super clean. We appreciated ski room with ski boots heating. We met the owner and she was so nice and we felt really welcomed. Skibus stop is close, and the neibourhood is calm, so you can enjoy the rest after the day of skiing. We would definitely recommend and come back in future.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Very clean, warm and spacious house, 5 double bedrooms with extra cots and mattresses. Nicely equipped kitchen with everything you need. En-suite bathrooms in most of the bedrooms and a nice sauna downstairs. There is a garage with remote operated door and a couple of extra parking spaces at the front, as well as a ski storage room available too. Perfect location - Soelden gondolas are 15 minutes away, Aqua Dome is 5 minutes away, There is a bakery and a Spar supermarket very close to the house. Thank you for having us, we had a great time.
