Maria was friendly. The room wasn't ready when we arrived as she hadn't seen the booking but she offered us a drink whilst she got the room ready. We needed to do some laundry and there is a washing machine available. We were travelling by motorbike and we could put our bike in the garage overnight.

Breakfast was good, hotel staff even kept it longer open just for us.
The swim area to the lake is directly connected to the hotel, it is a bit small though, but nothing unusual for this area of the lake.
Velden Center is walking distance and there is enough space in the car parking at all times.

One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
The gentleman at check-in was efficient and friendly. Our room was very spacious and clean. We had everything we needed. The property had free parking right outside and good WiFi. We did not use the natural pool, but we went to look at it...very beautiful and peaceful.
