We loved everything about this hotel - rooms are really big, with many practical details. We had amazing view to beautiful wineyards. For breakfast you can taste many products from local farms: cheese, ham, eggs, juices, marmelades... On the walls of the hotel there is so many art pieces - which you can also buy. We enjoyed walks - to the castle and visiting family wineries. Hotel has perfect sauna - with amazing view. Hotel staff was great and very kind. We would love to visit again and we can't recommend this place enough!

The village was wonderfully quiet, with a small but well-stocked shop, a basic pub and an hourly train to the city of Graz. A good base to explore this lesser-known region of Austria, provided you have a car. Tip: a pleasant 30 minute walk along quiet lanes takes you to the Buschenschank of Erich Christiner, with excellent and affordable wines and food. Just check the irregular opening hours.

Great house, in a quiet area. The view from the house is amazing. Spacious rooms with everything necessary. There was a table tennis outside which was very nice. I highly recommend!
