Very warm welcome at the reception when we arrived – showed us where to wash & leave our bikes, made sure we got the last table in their restaurant for dinner and even offered to heat up their sauna. In general all the staff was very friendly & helpful at all times.
The hotel is located close enough to the lake so you can go there during the day or for an evening walk but still enough far away to feel private. The design is a perfect mix of vintage/traditional and modern with a lot of small hand-picked details.
Their bar has a nice menu to choose from and the food at the restaurant was delicious. Breakfast buffet had everything from fresh bread & a big müesli selection to salmon & cheese.

One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
The location and the fantastic view of the Kaiser mountain range from Room 3! The owner who runs it is lovely and very accommodating, informative and friendly. The restaurant Alexandra directly next door is excellent. There are guest parking spaces directly on the forecourt of the Kaiserglück. Access to the property was easy at all times. There are two short staircases to the rooms so guests with mobility issues may have a problem.
