Thank you so much to the owner. On Saturday afternoon, when we arrived at the hotel in the heavy rain, our tire hit the curb and blew out. The owner tried to help us to fix the tire in the heavy rain. When it couldn't be repaired, he called the emergency repair worker for us. Although it still couldn't be repaired, and all services in Austria were closed on Sundays, we had to stay in this small town for another day. At 8 o'clock on Monday morning, the male owner helped us call the service center again, and drove 4 kilometers to send me to the service center to communicate and reinstall a new tire. Thank you very much for the owner's enthusiasm and help. The hotel is very new and the facilities are great. The air conditioner saved us on this hot weekend!
