The apartment was clean and very comfortable. It was very convenient to have a parking spot provided and the location was a short walk from the old city. The staff had good communication via email and an easy key pickup. We were very happy to use the washing machine as we had been traveling for a week. Large, spacious, well-equipped and clean apartment. Excellent location. It opens directly onto the main pedestrian street/shopping street. Everything is within walking distance. Very close to the accommodation, a few houses away, there is a bicycle rental, where you can rent a bicycle for a pleasant trip to the nearby towns. Krems is a fantastic city. A very special and unique place. The apartment was bright and lovely, incredibly spacious, comfortable, clean, and perfectly equipped. The bed and linen were exceptionally comfortable. Located in the charming schloss, it was easy to find. Phillip is very friendly and helpful. We received clear instructions prior to our arrival and a warm welcome. We also enjoyed a pleasant wine tasting with Phillip. The courtyard was lovely. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it.
