We stayed one night at Hotel Platz and we had a great experience. Auffach is about half an hour drive from the Allpbach, but Auffach itself is a very nice village. There is free parking space outside the hotel. We had booked a double room but they gave us an upgrade to a quadruple which was great! The bathroom was big and there was an extra wc. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and there was a small balcony with nice views of the village. The breakfast was really great with many choices and we decided also to have our dinner at the hotel which was a good choise. We recommend hotel Platz and we will return there on our next trip in Austria!

Excellent service, great breakfast, very nice room and other facilities. Isabella at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. The property itself is very nice, the heated pool is a must to experience.

The hotel is in a good location and the bus station (Alpbach Böglerhof) is only a 3-minute walk away. Chiefs Sophie and Gitti are very kind and considerate. Breakfast is nutritious, delicious and exquisite. They also suggest me to take some foods for lunch. Sophie gives me a list of excursion destinations in bad weather, which is very helpful me for to plan excursions according to the weather. When I want to extend my stay, they arrange a nice apartment with a garden for me. I spent several days hiking around Alpbach and the landscape in Alpbachtal is beautiful and unforgettable.
