The place is hard to reach, definitely recommend at least a city SUV to drive up comfortably. But the view is amazing and the nearby cows are cute. The place is well kitted for a long rest, and cooking. The owner is friendly cheerful, helpful and respectful. Can't wait to return here.

Nice spacious property in a quiet area near the lake. Ours was a large room with balcony and modern bathroom. Loads of wardrobe & shelves for our things plus a table & two chairs.
Very nice lady ran the property, was attentive, helpful & friendly.
Free tea & coffee which is a very nice touch.
Large breakfast room serving an ample & varied breakfast which was very tasty indeed.
We arrived by motorcycle and there is safe parking under cover in the driveway.
Easily walkable to local restaurants & the lake.

We were a family of 3 (the child is 6yo), stayed in the smaller apartment. The apartment is located in an old farm house, but is just freshly renovated (that's why only few reviews so far), everything inside looks amazing, I especially liked the style which combines some "rustic" elements with a modern apartment. The sofa where the child slept was large and comfortable (and the bed in the bedroom as well). The host is an incredibly kind and welcoming person.
Location: we wanted something remote from a town / village or large roads and at the same time not too far from supermarkets or Ossiacher see. In this respect Little Farm fitted very good - it is very quiet in the night and at the same time is only ca 10 min to Feldkirchen (restaurants, supermarkets etc). The road from Feldkirchen to Kaidern does have some curves, but was still ok also for my 6 year old son.
You can do some hiking into a nearby forest directly from the the house (we did that and it was a wonderful walk with lots of Eierschwammerl :-)).
The apartment is located above the veterinarian practice and next to it you have stables of horses. I saw some reviews that people were disturbed by the sounds of animals (a rooster was mentioned), but we were somehow not bothered at all.
Windows have mosquito nets - you can safely open them without having full house of insects.
The shower is a bit small, but everything functioned perfectly well! There's no balcony in the apartment, but there's a small playground in front of the house where you also have a fireplace with benches (we did not use it this time). The playground can be seen directly from the windows of the apartment.
Kitchen is perfectly equipped with cooking utensils was well as dishes and glasses - exactly like you see on the apartment's photos (just do not forget to take with you basic things like salt, oil etc).
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.

Lovely Gasthaus in a small village half way up the hillside, not that far from the main road. Great views and fresh air. Nice clean and modern room with all the facilities. Its a perfect little simple old-Style Gasthaus. Owners are very friendly, breakfast is delicius and plenty of food drinks and coffe. Rooms are big enough and coasy, bathrooms are clean- thosenin the rooms and those shared, everything is clean, nice, there is a bar to get some drinks in the evenning. There is a lot of parking spaces, check inn and out is quick, very very nice owners. Great location in the winter for local skiing areas...
Everything! I liked the cat, it wasn't theirs but they feed it. Good nice hearty breakfast. I asked a question ahead prior booking, they answered straight away . Plenty of parking. A bit on a hill, good winter tires are must in winter. Nice staff.
