The location was excellent and a very cute duplex / loft apartment on the 8th floor with balcony for 2. Everything we needed was there, including laundry in the basement. Because it's winter at the moment, the heated floor was a welcome comfort! Kitchenette, living area, WC downstairs, plus bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Not so far from the Microcenter of BA by bus 5 minutes away or simply on foot, 20 minutes. There are lots of shops and restaurants around, and a Jumbo supermarket nearby. We also chose this location for its proximity to Colonia Express Terminal, only 10 minutes walk away and the 33 city bus to AEP airport 30 minutes direct.. Communication with the staff was simple and friendly by WhatsApp, and in English. Highly recommend this place.

We had a great stay at the apartment. It was quiet, secure and close to a range of restaurants. It was safe to walk around at night time. The apartment had amazing views and was clean and tidy. Host was very responsive at all times.

The location is ideal for peace and relaxation. You can enjoy the green spaces and silence while still being able to quickly reach the bustling city center with many points of interest. Nacho, Naza, and Dana, our hosts, not only gave us instructions and welcomed us but also helped us choose the best restaurants in the area. I've stayed here before the pandemy - the hotel had a different owner, different name and I remember they were serving breakfasts too!:) Still - it hasn't changed much - it's still a very cosy place, with a nice ambiance - I'd definitely stay there again if I'm in Buenos Aires! Loved the smell in the room!:) And the possibility to make tea anytime I wanted, thanks to the kettle!:) And Monique the cat of course!:))

The apartment is perfectly located, close to a supermarket and restaurants, very comfortable and clean, properly equipped, great breakfast with croissants, transport from and to the airport convenient and punctual.
Dario, the owner of the apartment, is friendly, communicative, very helpful, and tries to fulfill all wishes. No problems with communication (partly thanks to the translator, which he uses very skillfully). Dario also turned out to be an excellent guide to Buenos Aires and an expert on the history of this city.
