The staff were really helpful and went out of their way to accommodate us and make us feel comfortable! Even picked us up at the airport for a fee but the fee was low so totally worth it. I can only give 10/10 If only it were possible I would give many times more. I recommend the resort managed by Laura. Everything was perfect, the hotel's location in the very center, proximity to everything, comfortable beds, great cuisine. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its wonderful service. It so happened that I suddenly became seriously ill and hospitalization was necessary. Laura organized everything from the very beginning until my departure. She visited me, contacted the doctor when I was in hospital and also after leaving it. I can safely say that she saved my life, the entire staff was involved, helping as much as they could. I wrote this because you can always count on the support and help of Laura and her staff, you will never be left without help, it is priceless.
