This is a fantastic place to stay. Wonderful friendly host and clean comfortable rooms. An excellent kitchen if you like to cook for yourself and a lovely breakfast in the morning. An added bonus of a clear view to Mount Ararat from the house.

It is brand new, the room was stylish, had two comfortable chairs and a table and a very comfortable and spacious bed. The bathroom, although small, had a very good shower. We had a room with a very good view of Mt. Ararat. Anahid was very welcoming and helpful and spoke very good English. Parking was convenient beside the hotel.

The host allowed us to stay in the room for a few hours after check-out for free, which was super nice. Check-in was also contactless, very convenient.

Everything, spotlessly clean, location reasonably close to the centre. Exceptional breakfast. Owner was very accommodating. My husband didn't like eggs so he ensured he had substantial food to enjoy at breakfast.
