Everything! Extremely comfortable, gorgeous view, excellent food and perfect service. We didn’t have a car so walked everywhere - it was doable - 15min brisk walk to beach, 50min coastal walk to Himarë. We asked for a taxi on our last day to catch the 11am Tirana bus from Himarë but Edmund kindly drove us and we left with a jar of Maria’s fabulous homemade orange preserve.

Thimios and Anna were fabulous hosts and we ate with them 3 out of 4 nights during our stay. Food was excellent. Such a calm and relaxed environment and plenty to do in Himare. Easy to walk to (taxi back up the hill) and the beach is good. Massages from Anna were fantastic. We would definitely recommend.

Priceless views in a very unique and historical location. The way to the property can be challenging, especially if you arrive at night. But it is totally safe, you might need some light from your phone. Not recommended for people with reduced mobility or carrying lots of luggage, as it’s a steep way just with stones. At the same time, this is what makes this place unique.

Beach location ! Restaurant on premises and parking everything I was looking for. There was sun loungers on the beach for us included in the price. Beach was stunning ! It’s a great getaway place for a couple it was a great way to relax.

Extremely relaxed place to stay directly on the sea. We didn't have cash and the staff was very chill about it and let us pay when we left.
Breakfast is available for a small payment and is worth it. You can walk to Himare in about 15 minutes which is great because there is not much parking space in Himare
Our tent directly overlooked the sea and was very comfortable for a tent.

The property is very clean and it had all the things you need, including a washing machine. It’s very good located in centre of borsh next to ujvara. If you drive it’s very close to the beach. The people that they own they are very friendly and they try and help you with all they have. I definitely stay there again and I will next year. Keep up the good work
